Les Alchimistes and Heyliot met as part of the Urban Lab, an experiment in the 13th arrondissement of Paris. The startup called on Heyliot to measure the filling rate of the kiosks and thus adapt the collections according to the needs. What is special about Les Alchimistes ? They collect food waste with the help of a horse. Before, Queteur (the horse) used to pass by 3 times a week and they realised, thanks to the Heyliot sensor, that this was a bit too much, so they reduced the frequency to 2 times a week.
